Tuesday, April 30, saw a further 2000 decrease in the price of gold in Pakistan, to Rs241,900 per tola in the local market.
Ten kilos of gold cost Rs 1,715 less than before, at Rs 207,390 instead of Rs 209,105, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
The price of silver dropped by Rs. 20 per tola to Rs. 2,630, while the price of silver per ten grams dropped by Rs. 17.14 to Rs. 2,254.80.
According to the association, the price of gold dropped by $19 to $2,316 from $2,335 on the global market.
