In honor of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) declared on Friday that it will be closed on Tuesday, September 17.
“The State Bank of Pakistan will remain closed on September 17, 2024 (Tuesday) due to a public holiday for Eid Milad-un-Nabi (12th Rabi-ul-Awal, 1446 A.H.),” the central bank said in a circular.
On this occasion, commercial banks will likewise be closed.
Additionally, the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) will likewise be closed on that day, as has already been announced.
