The comedian claims that comedy fans are just “dying to laugh,” as he prepares to embark on his “It Ain’t Right” stand-up tour this summer.
“Actually, I don’t edit myself,” he said to News. If I told you, ‘Oh, I don’t know, is it worth doing that joke since it would create a, b, and c?’ I would be lying to you. There is some of that, but I’m not sure; I’ve traveled the nation, and I get the impression that audiences at my shows are eager to laugh, whether that’s acceptable or not. To be honest, I detest the term “inappropriate.”
Maniscalco, 50, remarked in his childhood, “You made fun of everything.”
