Bellarmine Mugabe has confessed to his guilt before a South African Court. Bellarmine Mugabe is the son of Robert Mugabe who was former president of Zimbabwe.
In this case, charges were brought against Bellarmine Mugabe for pointing a gun and entering the country illegally.
In February, he was arrested after an incident in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Johannesburg. A man believed to be 23 years old.

Tobias Matonhodze was also found guilty in this case. He confessed to the attempted murder charges and other related offenses.
He claimed to the court that it was he who had fired the gun during the incident.
Bellarmine mugabe was cleared of attempted murder after this confession.
A court hearing also revealed that no firearm has yet been located.
Legal Status and Procedures
Mugabe has agreed to merge two cases involving firearms. The legal proceedings continue while he remains behind bars.
The hearing to determine his sentence has now been postponed and will take place on 24 April. Since his arrest, the case has been repeatedly postponed.
