The moon that signifies the start of Zilqad has been observed in several locations in Pakistan, according to the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee.
To observe the crescent, the Central and Zonal Ruet-e-Hilal Committees met on Monday. The meeting was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Meteorological Department, and members of the Zonal Ruet-e-Hilal Committee.
Reliable reports of the moon sighting came from Peshawar and other parts of the country, according to sources. According to earlier forecasts by Meteorological Department experts, the moon will probably be seen between 6:52 and 7:50 p.m.
