ISLAMABAD According to Pakistan’s intelligence sources, India began a blame campaign against Pakistan after the Pahalgam incident, ostensibly to drive a wedge between the public and the military.
According to these knowledgeable individuals, the goal of the Indian propaganda campaign was to widen political rifts within Pakistan in the hopes that PTI supporters would turn against their own military and its leadership.
The plot sought to sow discord between the populace and the military by taking advantage of the Pahalgam incident.
