The viral Met Gala moment was met with a response from Sabrina Carpenter’s father.
Carpenter shared a number of images from the 2025 Met Gala in New York City on Wednesday.
Unexpected events from the event are captured in the carousel of pictures, but one in particular caught our attention. Her father was drawn to the picture of Usher feeding Carpenter cherries.
The singer of “Please Please Please” also included a snapshot of her dad’s message, in which he posted the image and the words “?Weird.”
Usher later expressed regret to Carpenter’s father in the comments section.
