In her testimony on Wednesday, Casandra Ventura, the ex-girlfriend of Sean “Diddy” Combs, claimed that the hip-hop mogul beat her at drug-fueled sex parties called “Freak Offs,” threatened to broadcast tapes of her participating, and threatened to destroy her career.
“He would grab me up, push me down, hit me in the side of the head, kick me,” Ventura, a rhythm and blues singer going by Cassie, told jurors in Manhattan federal court on the third day of Combs’ trial for counts of sex trafficking and racketeering.
After she showed him a picture of the gash on her eyebrow, which she claimed he had caused in 2013 when he threw her against a bed frame, Ventura claimed Combs was contemptuous.
