Regarding the applications filed by Bushra Bibi and the founder of the PTI to have their sentences in the £190 million reference suspended, the Islamabad High Court has sent notices to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and other relevant parties.
Acting Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif presided over the hearing.
The petitioners’ counsel, Latif Khosa, asked during the hearings that the matter be rescheduled for next Wednesday.
