Following a bomb explosion on the railroad track close to Jacobabad on Wednesday, two bogies of the Jaffar Express derailed.
However, the incident did not result in any reported casualties.
An explosive device installed on the tracks caused the disaster, according to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Jacobabad Saddam Hussein Khaskhaili. He affirmed that none of the passengers were hurt.
The SSP informed reporters on the scene that “complete security was ensured for the safety of the passengers and the bomb disposal squad was immediately dispatched to the site.”
