Pakistan has reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to combating terrorism, denouncing it in all of its forms and manifestations and urging international cooperation in the fight against the threat.
Pakistan emphasized that its policy is founded on “zero tolerance” for terrorism and that international collaboration continues to be a key component of its strategy in an official statement released by the Foreign Office on Friday.
The statement said, “Zero tolerance and international cooperation against terrorism are cornerstones of our policy; Pakistan condemns terrorism in all forms and manifestations.”
“Pakistan has been, and is a frontline state against terrorism, and has contributed tremendously towards the achievement of global peace through its counter-terrorism efforts,” the Foreign Office said, referring to its longstanding participation in the global war on terror.
