For the One-Day International (ODI) series against Pakistan, which is set to take place at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy on August 8, 10, and 12, the West Indies have selected a roster of fifteen players.
In a news release, Cricket West Indies specifically stated: “It presents an opportunity for the West Indies to refine its ODI line-up in preparation for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027.”
The core group of players from the team’s recent home series wins against Bangladesh and England at the end of 2024, as well as the UK trip earlier this year, were kept on board. West Indies will try to win a home ODI series for the fourth time in a row.
