According to industry projections, consumers in Pakistan may experience a mixed adjustment in fuel prices starting on August 16. While diesel and other petroleum products are predicted to become more affordable, gasoline is expected to become slightly more expensive.
The price of gasoline is expected to rise.
According to sources, the petroleum sector has suggested raising the price of gasoline by Rs1.32 per litre, bringing the total price up from Rs264.61 to Rs265.93. The increase occurs in spite of drops in the price of oil for other fuels around the world, which are said to be the result of market fluctuations and refining expenses.
