Tyreek Hill, a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, is the target of a lawsuit brought by a social media influencer who claims that Hill fractured her leg and that she needed “surgery with orthopedic reconstruction and hardware implantation.”
Plus-size model and influencer Sophie Hall, 35, is requesting more than $50,000 in damages, claiming that she “humiliated” Hill during a “friendly football lesson” at his Miami house, which resulted in Hill being “enraged” and breaking his leg.
“Ms. Hall now brings this action to recover compensatory and punitive damages for the significant harm that Mr. Hill caused by his intentional and reckless misconduct,” the lawsuit’s introduction reads. It was filed on February 23 in Broward County Court.
