Prince William seems unconcerned about the recent outrage the royal family, particularly his wife, Kate Middleton, has received since she tweeted an edited family portrait on Mother’s Day.
The Prince of Wales chose not to address the strange criticism over the photo, instead referring to the current “critical decade” and giving an urgent warning.
William attended the inaugural event for his environmental initiative, the Earthshot Prize, in London an hour after the Princess of Wales apologized for her Photoshop error.
At the event, which featured an online platform that connects inventors with investors, he emphasized humanity’s critical obligation to shepherd the earth toward a healthy future.
“When I first started thinking about how I may contribute to the collective worldwide effort protect our planet in 2018, I knew that I wanted to mobilise the enormous power of innovators, wherever they are in the world,” he said
