To provide Hajj support staff, or Hajj Moavineen, with the necessary information about routes, lodging, and duties for aiding pilgrims during the Hajj days in the Mashair, including Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafat, and Jamarat, the Pakistan Hajj Mission (PHM) is holding orientation sessions in batches.
The orientation sessions began on May 3 and will end on May 27, according to Deputy Coordinator Operation Sadaqat Ali, who spoke to APP on Thursday.
According to him, there are 561 Moavineen in all, including 131 Ministry of Religious Affairs Seasonal Duty Staff (SDS).
“So far, more than 430 Moavineen who are employed in the transportation, lodging, and food departments have received orientation on how to support Pakistani pilgrims who plan to travel to Mashair for the Hajj days,” Sadaqat Ali stated.
