According to Palestinian officials, they were found at the al-Shifa hospital in the Gaza area and the Nasser hospital in the central area of Khan Younis.
According to UN human rights commissioner Volker Turk’s spokeswoman Ravina Shamdasani, some of them were “stripped of their clothes” and had their hands tied.
War crimes include the deliberate killing of civilians, detainees, and other people who are hors of combat, or not taking part in hostilities, according to a statement from Mr. Turk.
The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that around 300 dead had been discovered at one Nasser burial, and that two further sites had been discovered but had not yet been dug up.
