ISLAMABAD Raoof Hasan, the information secretary for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), stated on Wednesday that the attackers intended to “slit” his throat after he survived a horrifying attack in Islamabad earlier this week.
The senior politician claimed that despite employing every strategy, the PTI’s opponents had been unable to destroy the Imran-founded party during a press conference held at the party’s secretariat in Islamabad with senior leader Azam Swati and Secretary General Omar Ayub Khan.
He sobbed as he said that his party comrades had to deal with even tougher situations than he had.
