Islamic universities must work together more closely in order to strengthen cultural and educational institutions and advance research, as President Dr. Arif Alvi has emphasized.
In order to make quick judgments and quicken development, he urged Islamic colleges to increase cooperation in the fields of water resource management, environmental challenges, science and technology, and artificial intelligence.
The President spoke these things to Dr. Salim M. Al Malik, the Director General of the Islamic Education, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), who was visiting the President at Aiwan-e-Sadr with his group.
The Saudi Arabian ambassador, Nawaf bin Saeed Ahmad Al-Malkiy, the chairman of the Higher Education Commission, Prof. Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, and the president’s secretary, Mr. Waqar Ahmed, were present at the meeting.
