This year, the Pakistani squad defeated Sri Lanka in the final to win the Asian Wheelchair Championship in Nepal.
Mohsin Naqvi gave the national squad a payment of PKR 1.5 million and congratulated them on winning the T20 Wheelchair Cricket Asia Cup 2023.
He praised the group’s work and offered his best wishes for the group’s ongoing success. Additionally, he pledged PCB’s backing for the group’s upcoming endeavors.
The national wheelchair team members thanked the PCB for providing them with accommodations and motivation.
The national wheelchair squad and Rukhsana Rajput, the chair of the Pakistan Wheelchair Cricket Council, were present at the conference.
Along with other PCB executives, Salman Naseer, the Chief Operating Officer of the PCB, Director of Domestic Cricket Operations Abdullah Khurram Niazi, and Senior General Manager of Domestic Junaid Zia were also in attendance.
