Over the weekend, the calendar turned to June. In case you missed it, this means that, whether you like it or not, June is Pride Month everywhere you look on the internet, on TV and radio, in stores, on the streets, atop flagpoles, and in classrooms.
For the majority of the NFL.
Approximately two-thirds of the NFL’s teams celebrated on social media on Saturday the custom of men sleeping with men, women sleeping with women, and some men becoming women and some women becoming men. This also includes people who claim they are no longer male or female.
Delivered on news through team timelines, the message was given to the approximate 42 million overall fans of 21 of the 32 NFL teams.
Now that Pride Month has begun, several clubs have tweeted their support. Several of them included longer messages in their support.
For example, The Washington Commanders stated that the true theme of Pride Month is love.
Additionally, a few teams changed their X banners or logos in addition to sending tweets.
The Buffalo Bills, Philadelphia Eagles, and Commanders modified the hue of their logos to correspond with a pride flag.
