Sheikh Abdul Rashid has endeavored to successfully preserve Gujrat’s lost past for future generations through a variety of biographical writings.
Kashif Manzoor described Sheikh Abdul Rashid as “a dynamic, versatile, and literature-loving person.” Praiseing Sheikh Rashid’s contributions as a social historian, Manzoor pointed out that his function was similar to that of a Gujrat historian, with a preference for writing well as well as for writing.
