Sardar Tanveer Illyas, the former prime minister of Azad Kashmir, is the subject of another lawsuit.
A case was filed with the FIA’s cybercrime division. The PICA Act of 2016’s Sections 9, 10, and 20 were used to register the lawsuit.
According to the FIR, Tanveer Illyas used social media to propagate propaganda against the state and to attack the state of Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK).
According to the FIR, the deceptive campaign aims to stir up anti-government sentiment and civil instability.
