Significant anti-smuggling operations have taken place in a number of regions over the past month, including Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Orakzai, Swat, Dir, and Chitral, according to the Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The army carried out a number of successful operations and confiscated contraband valued at 340 million rupees. Food supplies, apparel, cigarettes, tires, car parts, and contemporary foreign firearms are among the commodities that have been seized.
Furthermore, smuggled gold and foreign currency worth an estimated 15 million rupees were discovered by the Frontier Corps in Afghanistan.
Separate anti-drug operations resulted in the seizure of 482 kg of different drugs valued at 45 million rupees.
18 people who are thought to have been involved in illegal activity have been taken into custody as a result of these operations. Legal actions have been taken against these suspects.
