LONDON: At the Palace of Westminster, British-Pakistani religious scholar Syed Muhammad Faisal Sami, who hails from Karachi, was presented with the British Citizen Award (BCA) in recognition of his unwavering dedication to preventing knife-related crimes in the Midlands by utilizing the Dawat-e-Islami platform.
The UK Parliament convenes at the Palace of Westminster, which is situated in London.
This award is a tribute to Syed Muhammad Faisal Sami’s unpaid services to the Birmingham community over the past 20 years, which have improved thousands of lives both domestically in the UK and abroad. Along with a Certificate of Honour, Syed Muhamad Faisal Sami was awarded the prestigious BCA Medal of Honour for Services to the Community (BCAc).
“Among our projects have been campaigns to increase public awareness around fly-tipping, drug misuse, nitrous oxide, knife crime, County Lines, and speeding. Sami gave specifics about his efforts and added, “These campaigns have been crucial in reducing crime and promoting community safety.”
