Driving against traffic, a police mobile in Karachi struck and injured a little boy near Shafiq Mor.
The event has been noted by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Qamar Rizvi, who has confirmed that an investigation has been launched and that the officers involved have been suspended.
SSP Rizvi stressed that all essential steps will be done to give the injured youngster the finest care possible and gave the assurance that he is personally supervising the boy’s medical care.
In a related occurrence, six police officers—two of them were women—were suspended by Karachi Police Chief Javed Alam Odho for breaking police policy by filming and sharing TikTok videos while they were on duty.
