Instagram users shared a post that went viral, alleging that Grohl was the father of a love kid. News was informed by the musician’s representative that the report is “100% fake.”
According to Page Six, a social media site posted a picture of a mother holding her infant’s finger on Wednesday along with a long caption that suggested Grohl was the father. It looks like the account and post have since been removed.
The person who shared the social media post apologized to news in a statement: “I apologize that this was a phony page. All we wanted was to be followed! We’re not adults.”
Days before the controversy erupted, Grohl came clean about cheating on his wife and having a child outside of marriage in a viral article.
I recently gave birth to a new daughter who was not born into my marriage,” he posted on social media. “I want to provide her with a caring and encouraging home.
