Data pertaining to the number of challans issued, fines levied, and FIRs recorded for traffic offenses during the period of January 1 to September 13 has been made public by the Islamabad Traffic Police.
Details from the ITP show that over Rs48 million in fines were levied for breaking traffic rules, and a total of 577,836 challans were issued for infractions.
Serious traffic infractions resulted in the registration of over 951 FIRs at different police stations.

Data from a special campaign on public service cars that ran from August 25, 2024, to September 12, 2024, has been made public by the Rawalpindi Traffic Police.
3,803 traffic tickets were issued by the RTP during the campaign.
