Divisional Police Officer Swat registered a First Information Report (FIR) at Police Station CTD Swat on Monday, citing an explosion that happened on Malam Jabba Road.
According to the DPO, the FIR includes provisions for premeditated murder, terrorism, and murder.

Both Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari have denounced the terrorist attack on a police vehicle close to Mallam Jabba in the Swat district.
The President expressed his condolences to the grieving family and paid honor to the police officer who was killed in action.
He restated the government’s commitment to completely eradicate terrorism from the nation.
In his statement, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed condolences and hoped for the promotion of the ranks of the fallen police officers.
