Governor Oleh Kiper of the area stated, “This is the third attack on a civilian vessel in the last four days.”
He added that all of the victims were Ukrainians and that Russia had attacked port facilities. Kiper continued, “A port employee died of his injuries in hospital on Thursday, and several others were wounded.”
