Pakistan Tehreek-e-On Friday, the political committee of Insaf declared that protests against the planned constitutional amendment would take place nationwide.
After meeting on Wednesday, the committee made the decision to vehemently disagree with the government’s proposed modification. The party will stage widespread protests this Friday around the nation, according to a statement issued following the meeting.
Along with Imran Khan’s prompt return of his basic rights, the statement called for access for his family and party officials.
The committee called for participation from all facets of society that uphold the supremacy of the constitution and directed all regions to plan nonviolent demonstrations at all district offices following Friday prayers.
