During his visit to Germany, US President Joe Biden had discussions with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who is Germany’s second-largest military supplier behind the US, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and French President Emmanuel Macron.
Biden discussed the ongoing situation in Ukraine during the meeting on Friday and asked Western friends to continue their assistance.
He said, “We have to maintain our resolve, our effort, and our support as Ukraine faces a hard winter.”
And I understand the expense is high,” Biden continued. Without a doubt, it is insignificant compared to the cost of surviving in a world where big powers harass and threaten smaller ones just because they can and aggression rules the day.
Scholz also stated that a 40 billion euro international loan will be given to Ukraine.
