Ten humanitarian supply shipments have been transported to Gaza by Pakistan’s National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and the Al-Khidmat Foundation. The 40 tons of medication in the shipment were sent from Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport.
The supplies will be flown to Amman, Jordan, on a chartered A300 aircraft, and then it will be sent to Gaza. Pakistan has been assisting the people of Gaza during the present crisis, and this recent consignment is part of that effort.
Together with NDMA and Al-Khidmat Foundation leaders, MNA Dr. Darshan underlined the need of support and unity during this trying period during the dispatch ceremony. Pakistan reaffirmed its pledge to assist whenever humanitarian assistance are needed.
