The News said on Saturday that the traffic diversion plan for a religious event scheduled for October 5 at Karachi’s Bagh-e-Jinnah has been released by the Karachi Traffic Police.
It is recommended that attendees make use of the parking spaces available at DJ College Ground and YMCA Ground.
The public has been advised to select alternate routes in order to conveniently reach their destinations, as Aiwan-e-Saddar Road will be restricted to traffic during the event from Fawara Chowk to Khajur Chowk, per the traffic plan.
Vehicles from II Chundrigar Road and Shaheen Chowk will be detoured during the event from Khajur Chowk to Club Road or PIDC Chowk via Ziauddin Road, and from Metropole to Clifton or Sharea Faisal, or from Shaheen itself.
