Early on Monday morning, a number of northern Pakistani districts, including Chitral and Upper Dir, experienced mild earthquake vibrations.
The earthquake was measured at a Richter magnitude of 4.5 by Pakistan’s Seismological Center.
Other places including Malakand, Bathkela, Swat, Mingora, and Shangla also felt the earthquakes, which briefly terrified the locals. Thankfully, there have been no reports of casualties or damage as of yet.
The epicenter of the earthquake, which had a depth of 151 kilometers and was situated in the seismically active Hindukush mountain range, was found, according to the Seismological Center.
