RAWALPINDI: After being postponed three times, the highly anticipated decision in the £190 million case against Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and his wife Bushra Bibi is scheduled to be made public tomorrow (Friday).
The PTI founder’s attorneys have been notified by the court staff that accountability court judge Nasir Javed would make the announcement of the judgment, which was reserved on December 18, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow at a temporary court at Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail.
The PTI founder, who has been imprisoned for over a year following his sentencing in Toshakhana case-I, is dealing with a number of legal issues, including the aforementioned case.
The judge was so disappointed by the lack of attendance that the previous hearing was postponed without the verdict being announced.
