Dr. Muhammad Faisal, Pakistan’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, has voiced grave concerns about the escalating hostilities between India and Pakistan, cautioning that the two nuclear-armed neighbors seem to be drifting perilously near to war.
“Intelligence reports have indicated growing chances of a military confrontation, as India has allegedly authorized its armed forces to carry out attacks,” Dr. Faisal stated in an interview with British media.
“As we did in 2019, we do not seek escalation, but if India initiates aggression, we will respond decisively,” he said.
