In a drug case, the constitutional bench of the Sindh High Court has granted bail and issued release orders to Sahhar Hasan, the son of famous actor Sajid Hasan.
Sahhar Hasan’s attorney told the court at the hearing that the accused has been detained on judicial detention for more than two months. His bail was granted by the court against Rs. 1 million in surety bonds.
The bail plea had already been referred to the constitutional bench for jurisdiction by a larger Sindh High Court bench. After 557 grams of cannabis (weed) were found on Sahhar Hasan, he was taken into custody.
