At a ceremony in western India, the British man who survived the Air India airline tragedy last week assisted in burying his brother.
Vishwashkumar Ajay, Ramesh’s brother, was also aboard the fateful flight but did not make it out alive.
An obviously distressed With his face and arm still wrapped in white bandages, Ramesh was one of the pall bearers who carried his brother’s coffin to the Diu town cremation. He has been in the hospital for the majority of the last five days.
Shortly after taking off Thursday from Ahmedabad in western India, the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner headed for London crashed. The majority of the at least 270 fatalities were passengers.
