According to a senior government official, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian had to take a cab to finish a portion of a recent trip to Tabriz when all three of his official vehicles broke down because of tainted fuel.
“The gas station had been delivering subpar fuel diluted with water, according to our study. During a recent visit to the provincial government headquarters in Qazvin, Moulavi stated, “It wasn’t the first time—the station had a history of similar violations.”
President Pezeshkian chose to continue his journey to Tabriz by hiring a private taxi despite the mechanical issue, refusing to ask for help from the local authorities. Moulavi continued, “He didn’t get in touch with the provincial governor or ask for assistance.”
