ISLAMABAD According to The News, the Foreign Office denied rumors on Friday that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi could meet during the SCO Summit in China.
Despite what he called recent provocative missile attacks by New Delhi, Foreign Office spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan reiterated Pakistan’s desire to participate in composite discussion with India during the weekly media briefing.
“India claims that they will only discuss terrorism, but we want to discuss everything, including terrorism, and not just terrorism.” We shall talk about terrorism without hesitation. Although we have comprehensive and in-depth proof of India’s terrorist attacks against Pakistan, this would only be one topic discussed in the composite discourse, the spokesperson stated.
