HANGU: A terrorist attack on a Federal Constabulary fort in the Torawari neighborhood of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Hangu on Monday resulted in at least three troops being killed and 17 others wounded.
According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Operations Asad Zubair, the terrorists were forced to flee when the police and FC retaliated against the terror attack.
The injured workers were transferred to the Doaba Hospital, the police officer added.
One of the terrorists’ facilitators was shot dead by the police after he opened fire on the security guards following the attack. Additionally, the district police officer (DPO) stated that a police search is in progress following the attack on the FC fort.
