The former talent acquisition director and career influencer, in an interview with Fox News Digital, identified four distinct interview styles that can aid in improving candidates’ and hiring managers’ comprehension of the art of interviewing.
She advised job seekers not to memorize prepared responses, and hiring managers not to employ the same stale strategies during interviews.

Which four interview styles are there?
There are four ways that we interview for employment, according to Papalia.
We could be an examiner, a charmer, a challenger, or a harmonizer.
“Charmers want to be liked, challengers want to be themselves, examiners want to get it right and harmonizers just want to adapt,” she stated on FOX Business. “This sets us up for different experiences.”
According to Papalia, some people, like harmonizers, approach interviews as if they were tryouts for a team they wanted to be on.
