The millions of followers American social media star Mikayla Nogueira has on TikTok made an appearance in March 2021 to test a toner and serum combo that contained a mix of trendy ingredients and promised to rapidly “reveal a dewy glow” and tighten pores.
After using the products on her makeup-free face for a minute, Nogueira exclaims, “That was the best foundation application I’ve ever had in my life!” The post went viral very fast.
