The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) chose two athletes for the Rio 2016 team and six for Tokyo 2020.
On August 28, the RPT squad will be the first to join the opening ceremony and compete under the IPC banner.

Guillaume Junior Atangana and his coach Donard Ndim Nyamjua (athletics), Salman Abbariki (athletics), Ibrahim Al Hussein (triathlon), Hadi Darvish (powerlifting), Sayed Amir Hossein Pour (table tennis), and Amelio Castro Grueso (fencing) are the ones who were chosen.
