“[At] about 11:45 in the morning there was a verbal incident that happened in a parking lot in Nampa… over a parking space,” police said.
Rivera, real name Hector David Jr., is reported by the authorities to have pushed a man in his early 60s to the ground while the victim was holding a walker on Wednesday.
News was able to get dash cam footage showing Rivera pushing a man in front of a handicapped space in a public parking lot.
The suspect screamed and gestured at the victim as the man slumped to the ground.
Authorities noted that a witness assisted the victim from the ground and stated that the man was not hurt at the time of the occurrence. After that, Rivera departed in a black, four-door pickup with an elevated license plate that read “Texas.”
