“The October 15 protest call is a threat to the nation’s integrity. The integrity and standing of the nation will not be compromised by [anyone]. While addressing the media in Sialkot, Asif declared, “The state will use all of its resources and power to prevent the invasion of Islamabad.”
The statement made by the defense minister alludes to the announcement made by the Imran Khan-founded party to stage a protest in the federal capital on the day that people from other nations are scheduled to visit Pakistan.
