Following Prince Harry’s candid admission that he would be going back to his native country, Meghan Markle issued a poignant speech expressing her support for a charity in the UK.
The Duchess of Sussex greeted guests at the Smart Works launch party by highlighting the organization’s efforts to empower women in the United Kingdom.
“Tonight promises to be a truly magical celebration, filled with special guests and performers, and most importantly, the shared spirit of community that defines Smart Works,” Meghan wrote in the event program that was given to guests upon arrival.
“Together, we come to celebrate the efforts and commitment of this incredible organization, which continues to empower women throughout the United Kingdom by providing them with coaching, clothing, and confidence-boosting support on their path to employment,” she continued.
