At a red carpet gala celebrating winners chosen by fan votes, “Birds of a Feather” singer Billie Eilish took home the top prize on Monday at the American Music Awards, winning artist of the year in Las Vegas.

Over Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar, Morgan Wallen, and other nominees, pop singer Eilish won the artist prize.

Eilish won all seven of the categories for which she received nominations, including favorite touring artist and album of the year.

“This is insane. While on tour in Europe, Eilish posted a video message saying, “I am at a loss for words.” “This evening, I wish I could be there.”
