Christmas deliveries were abruptly delayed, and customers in the UK were unable to use their loyalty card discounts.
Morrisons has not yet disclosed the reasons for the outage, but it is looking into the problems both in-store and online.
All clients are now eligible for loyalty discounts as a result of the issues at the tills.
Additionally, the store is offering More Card holders an additional 10% off their whole purchase today and Tuesday “as an apology.”
Morrisons stated that customers who made purchases on Monday prior to the implementation of the 10% discount could return to the store to use the discount.
Click and collect consumers should wait for an email before visiting retailers because some home deliveries may arrive late.
